In brief: What are your

symptoms? Those numbers are meaningless outside a clinical context, if you are asymptomatic, so I won't worry about them, but if you have symptoms of infection, even mild fever, malaize, vomiting, etc.
, in such case without a spleen on board, I would seek medical attention soon. Hopefully you have all your vacccines up-to-date, as pneumovax, flu vaccines, etc.. Wish you wellness

In brief: Labs are

Incomplete but do suggest possible infection.
But without total and full history hard to say. Further more Steroids can cause leukocytosis. You did not mention neutrophil Ct or percentage
