It is not rare to have leg swelling after multiple leg operations. It typically is associated with damage to lymphatic system. This should be treated with compression and moisturizers. Seeing a vascular specialist with an interest in Lymphedema is an excellent idea.

In brief: Could be RSD
Your specialist will help you with a diagnosis, but this could also be rsd or crps, which can be treated.
In either case treatment should not be delayed.
