In brief: Wide array of symtom
Crohn's can occur anywhere in the GI tract from one end to the other. Because of this the symptoms vary widely.
The most common sites are the small intestine and colon. Because of the crohn's will commonly present with abdominal pain, cramping and diarrhea. Of course many other things cause this as well. If symptoms like this persist they should be evaluated by your physician.

In brief: Diarrhea
Crohn's usually presents with frequent diarrhea (often bloody), abdominal pain, weight loss, malnutrition, & skin rashes.
It is important to see a doctor, who will do a colonoscopy to diagnose crohns and come up with a treatment plan. There are also a few blood tests to take to confirm and exclude from ulcerative colitis.
