What other tests to rule our lymphoma or safe to say likely not the issue? EBV reactivated w/pregnancy (+EA, neg IgM), strange neuro issues, all blood work normal (CBC, LDH, Beta 2 Microglobulin) imaging normal (ultrasound neck/abdo/pelv, brain MRI).

In brief: Lymphoma

Lymphoma is a pathological diagnosis which can only be diagnosed by biopsy (lymph node biopsy or bone marrow biopsy) followed by pathological analysis by trained pathologist.
All the blood work you listed and imaging can not and will not be able to make the lymphoma diagnosis. EBV infection may increase certain lymphoma incidence, but its alone should not be used for diagnosis.

In brief: EBV

Infectious mononucleosis, related to the Epstein Barr Virus, or EBV, has a pathogenesis related to spread through B cells and can be related to B cell lymphoma but this is the exception, not the rule, and EBV is almost ubiquitous in the human population without lymphoma.
Concern for lymphoma involves painless weight loss, night sweats, gold standard test is imaging/ lymph node biopsy.

In the USA, EBV associated lymphomas are more likely to occur in those with HIV. Please see the attached article from the ACS: https://www.cancer.org/cancer/non-hodgkin-lymphoma/causes-risks-prevention/risk-factors.html

Another thing to consider that is not a normal cause of neurological issues is to test for Celiac Disease and try a gluten free diet when all tests are negative.
