I am 31 years old male. I don't have urinary incontinence but I want to do "kegel exercise",if there any sexual benefits of it. Is it harmful or Is this exercise could cause erectile dysfunction or Is there any negative side effects of doing "Kegel"?

In brief: Safe

Kegels are safe for either gender to do.
Often recommended for incontinence and pelvic instability, they can be used just for general exercise.
