If I have low white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit does that mean I have leukemia?

If you have. low white blood cell count (leukopenia) and red blood cell count (anemia), that is 2 of the 3 main components of your blood cells (the other being platelet). If this persists, you will need to ask your healthcare provider to send you to a hematologist (blood specialist) to verify the results and proper workup to explain these results. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
Please don't jump to. that conclusion. I don't know what your lab results are. I encourage you to ask your doctor about these values and to enquire about what they mean. Take care.
