In brief: Bradycardia

Firstly are you using any medication that could be reducing your heart rate like beta blockers? If not a resting a heart rate of 47 is quite low.
Normal heart rate is between 60 to 100 but can be lower in very physically active people. Dizziness shows symptoms of the low heart rate and you need to be seen by your GP for basic investigations and ECG and referred to a cardiologist if needed.
