In brief: Sperm must meet egg

Have faith that the condom worked fine.
If still very worried, one can do one home pregnancy test. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened), or 1 week after missing a regular period. If a woman's normal, regular period comes, then she is not pregnant.

In brief: Condoms are 99%

If you know the condom was intact, then it must have worked well.
If your period came, then even in the less than 1% chance the condom didn't work, then you cannot be pregnant. It sounds like you may need to talk to your primary doc to figure things out a bit more (as to why your pill didn't work etc). Remember, be safe!
