Can anxiety and panic attacks cause low blood sugar?

Not sure. However possible sxs from low blood sugar (nausea, palpitations,^'ed irritability & feeling dizzy) can also occur with panic attacks. When some people experience these symptoms they believe that it is due to anxiety/ panic and the symptoms can build and actually trigger a panic attack.
