Good day. I have recintly been in Mozambique and did diving. I have cancer sores in my mouth my tonsils are swollen and my throat is sore. Any idea what it can be?

They are red or white, small, painful and usually heal in a week or so. An exam by a dentist might help if they persist. Not sure if they are related to the swim.
