In brief: Testicular swelling

Swollen scrotum is usually an infection or inflammation of the tubing leading from the testicles to the prostate.
But, given your age i would add that you sill may be at risk for testicular cancer. Thus, i think getting to a good men's health provider and and ultra sound is warranted. Testicular cancer age risk is age 26-32 in general. So, it is really not likely to be cancer but i worry.
