I’m a 190 pound FM 5’2. I just had a baby a month and a half ago. I’m trying to lose weight but I have AFIB and can’t hardly exercise. If I eat 1350 calories a day will I still lose weight? How long should it take to get down to a “normal weight”.

Well. First of all you must be healthy. See your doctor about the Avon. You should be able to have a safe and comfortable exercise plan for you. 1300 calories is not much. You will lose weight but again what you really want to do is to be healthy. Have your doctor help you .
Rate of weight loss. depends. It takes about 3,500 calories to burn a pound. Don't know what your normal caloric intake is. Bottom line is that weight loss will be determined by your calories ingested being less than your calories burned.
