Was diagnosed with gallstones but Hida scan showed gallbladder functioning properly. But have burning in upper stomach when I eat. ?

The burning, if it is in the upper middle of the stomach or abdomen area, that is more likely a symptoms of GERD (acid reflux) instead of gallbladder disease, which is usually more to the right side.
It is also possible to have gallbladder related pain due to gallstones that intermittently block passage of bile into the digestive tract when the gallbladder is contracting. Hope this helps
