I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and since 27 weeks pregnant I have had sore throat, green mucus/snot and a cough. I have had 2 courses of antibiotics?

Rinse sinus. Sinus rinse with saltwater mix. It is not nice, but works very well. You may also do a sputum culture to check if there is a bacterial infection, that might have been resistant to your perticular antibiotic. .
Viral infection . This would be a viral infection and that’s why it’s why it’s not responding to antibiotics. Nasal decongestant and sinus rinse can be tried . .
Review needed. May not be a Bacterial chest infection given lack of response. Could be sinus problem asthma or simply postviral changes. (A few other rarer possibilities). Best to see your doctor for examination to see if it points in 1 particular direction. They can then arrange tests as needed/appropriate. Good luck .

Usually, a person sees the doctor if the throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep and review the story to see if sinusitis or reflux might be a cause).
