In brief: See GI

It is unusual to have generalized abdominal pain from GERD.
You need to consult your doctor preferably one specialized in GI.

In brief: Reduce acid

You certainly can try medications such as antacids or medications such as Zantac or Prilosec which work differently but could reduce your symptoms.
However, If these are becoming chronic symptoms you need to see a medical provider preferably a gastroenterologist who will need to do some testing such as an endoscopy where a camera will evaluate the esophagus and stomach to see why you have issues
