I don't have med insurance or money to see a dr to obtain a waiver for a pre employment physical screening. The screening requires my blood pressure to be at 140/90. My current level was 154/96. What are ways and remedies to lower my blood pressure?

In brief: Low cost BP meds

There are quite a few blood pressure medicines which are generic and available at very low cost - for example at Walmart they sell $4 prescriptions.
Seeing a doctor or a nurse practitioner to get started is a good idea since high blood pressure causes stroke, kidney failure, and heart disease. Low salt diet, weight loss, and exercise may lower the BP a bit, but usually not 15 points.
