In brief: Cirrhosis

You should abstain from alcohol completely to avoid worsening of cirrhosis.
For jaundice to occur the bilirubin has to be at least 4. The presence of jaundice in a patient with cirrhosis is a poor sign as is ascites. You must take your condition very seriously. I trust you're under the care of a gastroenterologist or hepatologist.
