Meal timing - dont; eat late at night
Exercise - low to mediuim intensity and progress to medium to high intensity
Resitance training
Activity at least 45 minutes 5x a week at a medium to high intensity
Drink plenty fluids-water-especially when exercising.
Eat less. Is the obvious answer but smaller portions, healthier food along with a good solid exercise program. A good personal trainer or a gym that offers both of these services are a great place to start.
