In brief: "stitch,reflux, etc

Upper right sided discomfort, sometimes crampy, can be from increased blood flow to liver, stretching capsule of liver ("runner's stitch").
Running induces gastroesoph reflux, can cause discomfort in mid-to right upper. Poor blood flow to gut when blood gets shunted to muscles, can cause cramps. Pregnant? Maybe poor blood flow to uterus (not good), threatened miscaraige see your doc; find out.

In brief: Exercise &cramps

Where r your cramps? Leg cramps most likely are due to ischemia ( lack of oxygen and blood flow)in the muscles.
In elderly may be PVD or pad . Pelvic or uterine cramps in ladies are of concern about pregnancy with contractions and threatening abortion. Intraabdominally ischemia usually is associated to food. Intestinal cramps are associated to fear or anxiety, seldom intraabdominal urticaria+.

In brief: Running and Cramps

Running or jogging does not usually cause pelvic cramps.
I suspect that the cause of the cramps is independent of the exercise. Nevertheless, it is possible that as you begin getting in shape that you will get lower oxygen to the pelvic organs so more is available to your legs and muscles involved in running. If the pain persists then i suggest a visit to the gynecologist. Good luck.
