Take care of...
One should take care of both the mind and the body.
First, no drug misuse and no smoking. Occasional alcohol is ok, if no alcoholism
in the family. Keep a healthy mental outlook. Exercise every day or every other day, 30-60 minutes each time. Eat natural foods, with plenty of vegetables. Avoid animal fats, sugars, and refined starches. Of course, eat no more calories than one's body needs.
