Hip and low back pain Mobic is not helping. Would an otc pain killer work better. I was told I have osteoarthritis. So this pain flair up and last 2 4 wk. Also my hip pops when I walk?

And take either one (Mobic or Aleve/Naproxen) with food. Any drug of the NSAID class (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) should be taken with food.
