I have yellow scabs on my nose from a sunburn. I picked them and puss came out What do I do? (never had this happen before)

Don't pick at scabs! Don't pick at scabs. Ever. A scab is your body's way of protecting your skin. When you open a scab, you open yourself up for infections. Pus is a cloudy, white fluid of a localized infection (an abscess) that your body is trying to wall off. Only let a doctor open a scab, as the area has to be thoroughly cleaned (& possible antibiotics administered). See a dermatologist (skin doctor) to discuss.
