Two small, hard bumps in mouth (1 inside corner of each cheek). Been there for years. Same color as cheek skin. Mostly painless, sometimes inflamed.

See a dentist. Or ENT or dermatologist or oral surgeon. Probably a benign bite fibroma. Cause = accidental biting or sucking on the lining inside the mouth.
Parotid Ducts. Likely the opening of the ducts from your parotid glands that help you with digestion. Leave them alone. If they become painful see your doctor as they sometimes get blocked.
