In brief: Be careful

Weight loss of this amount over such a short course of time could very well be dangerous.
Talk to your doctor about you weight loss plans and she/he may be able to refer you to a dietitian who can help you with a weight loss plan.

Student Doctor Mike Moore is correct. WIth diet and exercise, you can lose a great deal quite rapidly, but it takes some planning not to make yourself sick in the process.

Changes in diet and weight may affect warfarin effectiveness. You may need to get your INR checked more frequently

In brief: Not much

On or off warfarin, 100 lbs in 6 weeks is way too much.
Most shoot for about 10-15 lbs per month. Maybe a bit more on more aggressive programs but shooting for more is not sustainable or healthy.
