I have a blocked ear with burning pain in upper part of throat/neck?

Blocked ear. Could be an early stage of ear infection or secretory otitis media. Did you fly airlines recently? Do you have allergies? Those are relevant concurrent information.

Ears with fluid? Are the fluid filled ears per your physician? Does this imply you have a chronic otitis media? I would recommend being seen by ENT for a more definitive diagnosis. Something doesn't seem quite right. Not sure about burning pain under the chin except to say perhaps some blood work for B12, folate, or vitamin D may relieve some correctable deficiencies. Go to emergency room. If the symptoms are all on one side of your head/neck, ask them to evaluate you for a carotid dissection. It's an injury to a blood vessel in the neck that can cause the symptoms you describe. They'll do imaging of the blood vessels.
