I'm constantly checking my heart rate for fear and anxiety. He beats 84 bpm whn im resting, is it normal?

It is a little high. Your resting heart rate should be lower than 84. Perhaps you are thinking about it too much? If you are not exercising regularly, this is a wake up call to start. If you are, you might see your family doctor to check your heart, lungs and blood count.
Yes and no. A heart rate of 84 beats per minute at rest is slightly elevated but could be normal. Anxiety itself can raise the heart rate. 84 beats per minute is not dangerous in itself, but I assume it is not always exactly 84. If it is sometimes in the 70s at rest, it is much less likely to indicate a problem.
