Very hard chest pressure and sharp pain for 3 weeks permanently, ecg, blood tests and lung xray are clean. Anti deppressive not working. Sleep works?

Many causes. A 26 year old man with chest pressure and pain, constant and with normal ECG and X-rays but improved with sleep. Causes could include psychogenic, esophageal dysmotility (diffuse esophageal spasm), esophageal pathology, aortic pathology, etc. At that age, serious conditions are unlikely but possible.

Possibilities... At your age it can be common to suffer of rib cage pain which can mimic a heart issue.It is completely benign and responds to anti-inflammatory medication. On the other hand anxiety attacks can also present with chest pain symptoms.Respiratory issues like asthma may also resent this way.
