I have very large kidney stones. Is there any nonsurgical way to get rid of them?

In brief: Get em treated!
Yes depending on the stone type.
If you have very large stones you and your doctor should know what kind they are. You can sometimes tell what kind of stone it is by the hounsefield units on the cat scan. Regardless big stones are bad for your kidneys. We have less invasive treatments nowadays. After it's treated drinking a lot of fluid is the cornerstones for making sure it doesn't return.
