In brief: Infection

You may have developed an infection.
I would see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis

In brief: Gonorrhea? Herpes??

Probably a coincidence; I doubt your symptoms are from the oral sex event.
Only two STDs can cause symptoms in 3 days, herpes and gonorrhea. Herpes would be highly painful, so very unlikely. But maybe gonorrhea, which in the throat usually causes few if any symptoms. Ask your partner about symptoms; if gonorrhea, probably will have discharge & painful urination. Either way, play safe, get tested.
