I have a small wart on bottom portion of my vagina it don't bother me,the question is could it be something other then genital warts,I haven't had sex?

Having never had sex, a genital wart is very unlikely.
In addition, usually there are several genital warts; it's unusual to have only a single wart. There are plenty of other possible causes of genital area bumps, e.g. skin tags. But best to see a doctor or clinic to be certain it's not a wart: better safe than sorry. Good luck!
