How can I stop cold/fever/flu right away when I start experiencing mild symptoms so that it doesn't turn into a fully grown disease?

In brief: Sorry, you can't

This isn't possible.
Once a cold or similar upper respiratory infection starts, you're in for the full deal, usually a week or so. You can help reduce symptoms with aspirin, paracetamol, and related drugs, nasal decongestants, etc. But that's about all. Sorry!
