Patches on baby's tongue and cheeks?

Thrush? Have the areas checked for thrush, a yeast infection.
Some possibilities. Patches on the tongue and cheek can be caused by different things. Certain foods may cause this reaction as may some toothpastes and mouth rinses. Babies may also get a fungal infection which can cause the same symptoms. See your pediatrician for advice and treatment.
Patches. First thought is Thrush, a fungus infection. Can be due to lack of infant oral hygiene. Can be result of putting child to sleep with a bottle. Could be food allergy. Talk to Pediatrician about all of these issues. Once 1st baby tooth erupts, but no later than 1st b'day, seek initial Dental Examination w General Dentist or preferably Pedodontist (kid's dental specialist).
