I am a 62 yr old female just has cataract removal & multifocal implants. My rt eye now dr says looks like it has adies tonic pupil. Can it go away?

Post op dilation. If you have a true Adie's pupil, your pupil is dilated looking into distance and then when you focus at near for a while your pupil slowly gets smaller and will not redilate when you look back into distance. This gives night glare and makes reading very hard. It can get better as time goes on (1-2 years). It is not too unusual post surgery and may result from pressure spike. Not a true Adies pupil.
