In brief: Infection?

Squamous epithelial cells are normal.
White blood cells (pus cells) are not, and usually indicate some sort of infection, such as yeast infection, STDs (if at risk), and others. Sometimes nothing important, but don't take chances: discuss with your doctor. Good luck!
