I was having cough for three weeks so advised chest X-ray, which showed cyst in diaphragm. Further I got cat scan but it was clean. What should I do.

Follow advice of doc. A ct is much more detailed and accurate. I cannot say what on the x ray made them call a diaphragm a cyst, but i would rely on ct findings. Read more...
What does Doc say? Please discuss this with your physician. There may have been a lucent area near your diaphragm, sometimes called a lung cyst, bleb or bulla. Without the x-ray it is hard to know. If definitely benign or stable when compared to an old x-ray, further workup may not be necessary. However, if there are any symptoms or concerns, chest ct is more sensitive, specific and accurate than chest x-ray. Read more...

Cancer with unknown primary tumor. Enlarged lymphnodes under armpits. Tumor find in breastbone. Ok ct Scan of lungs, abdomen, breast. Lymphoma?

Need biopsy done. A biopsy of one of the axillary lymph nodes may provide some guidance about the primary source of this tumor. It could be breast Cancer which sometimes would not show on a Mammogram(it is called an Occult Primary). Without obtaining tissue for microscopic exam it is difficult to proceed further.
