I was born and living at the age of 27 with untreated, sagittal craniosynostosis. Are there still possibilities/ hope to have surgery corrections?

Doubt a benefit. To reshape the skull for any synostosis you basically pull all the skin back off the skull, slice it into pieces and rearrange them to be more cosmetically pleasing. If you are ready for such a drastic procedure that would put you into an ICU & put your life at risk you can check it out.The Craniofacial Center at Medical City Dallas is one of several centers that does the work.
