Had unprotected oral sex with a girl with warts who I think has HPV. Do I need to do any tests? and how long after exposure should I do it?

In brief: No test, no worries

Nobody should be tested for HPV just because they had sex with an infected person.
Everybody gets exposed anyway, and everybody catches HPV, usually several times. No single exposure significantly raises the risk. You can assume that most women you have sex with probably have HPV. Just get examined if you ever develop warts or other symptoms. Most infections, oral or genital, are harmless.
