Weird heart flutters after eating?

Arrhythmia. This can be arrhythmia and should be evaluated with a holter.
Worth investigating. Some times you can get palpitations after eating due to changes in autonomic function (vagal nerve activity). These could be extra heart beats called premature atrial or premature ventricular beats or fast heart beats from upper chamber of the heart. Having hiatal hernia may also increase the tendency. A 24 hour heart monitor may provide answers especially if you have these daily.
