If I have strep throat and took antibiotics irregularly, could my immune system have attacked my heart slightly without resulting in rheumatic fever?

In brief: Probably not

First thing, rheumatic fever occurs mostly in children aged 5-15, with peak age at 11 years.
If you had positive Group A strep tonsillopharyngitis, ideally it is treated with 10 days. There is some supportive data at looking at 3-6 days short therapy being effective against Group A strep. In singaport, the rate is approx. 0.8/1000, so fairly low incidence; it is not usually seen in adults.
