I have diagnoses of pcos all symptoms included. Should I take combo birth control pill or only progesterone? Never tried provera, (medroxyprogesterone) will it be better for me?

Androgenic. Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a Progesterone which gets converted to weak androgens and can further complicate pcos. The androgens produced by the ovaries will not be suppressed by Progesterone alone. Combination ocp's are preferable, certain ones are better than others.
