Had colonoscopy diagnosed with internal hemrhoids. Stingy with bowel movement. If fisher what can do to relieve symptoms. Could this be anal cancer?

Hemorrhoids. There are over the counter suppositories that can help with the symptoms. They would likely have identified anything that looks like it could be anal cancer when they did the colonoscopy. Try to drink plenty of water and not become constipated.

Is itching, discomfort and burning after bowel movements a sign of anal cancer? I am 18 with no history of anal cancer at family. I have tried Vermox

No. Anal cancer is very rare, especially in an 18 year old, but hemmorrhoids, anal fissure (constipation?) and anal warts/HPV would all cause those symptoms. Also, anal infection with strep (if exposed to strep throat) or yeast infection (if on recent antibiotics or exposure to yeast vaginitis). Contact to chemicals or perfume in TP can cause itching.
