In brief: Breast Exam needed

since you had a partial hysterectomy you can be confident you are not having breastpain from pregnancy.
Any new pain in the breast should be evaluated for a palpable lump or with a mammogram. If you had trauma to the area you would probably know. If you did some new exercise and your pectoral muscle is sore, that might present as breast pain.
