In brief: Yes.no worries

Your regimen is fairly typical for people who are very conscious of the value of various supplements.
None of the agents you're taking are likely to have adverse reactions with each other, and none of the doses or excessive .

In brief: That's a lot...

Why do you feel the need to take so many supplements, some of which are duplicative?

In brief: Yes

BUT the magnesium, fish oil, biotin, and coconut oil are absolutely a waste of money.
The others are seldom of benefit to normal people. There is nothing magic about a "low carb" diet. You live in a delusional world manipulated by greedy frauds. Even the calcium + D3 is not recommended by serious study. Do not smoke. Exercise, keep active. Eat a low calorie, high fiber, primarily vegetable diet.
