Can a person still have Lyme disease with only p18 bands and p41 bands?

Yes and No. Have you been treated with antibiotics? If so you are likely cured. If you haven't been treated and you are healthy you most likely have nothing to worry about. If you develop symptoms including fatigue I would see an infectious disease doctor for a full assessment.
