Is sex with condom (friends with benefits, one night stand etc) healthier or masturbating when I can't seem to find love?

Define healthier. Partner sex is at least more in line with where you want to be in the years to come.Yet it has the inherent risk of pregnancy & STD's that add a dimension to sex not present when going solo. There are a lot of myths about bad health effects of solo sex, yet in truth they are just myths.
