I have A pins and needles sensation on the tops of my hands not on my fingers and it doesn't go past my wrist. What could it be?

Most docs will say it sounds like irritation of the radial nerve. It could also come from soft tissue (fascial) restriction or tight muscles. The body makes various sensations that come and go. If it's a new thing, ignore it and it might go away. If it persists, should get it checked out.
