3 years ago I got diagnosed with blood clots...I'm on no medication for them currently...I'm suffering with pins n needles in my heAd regularly??

Unrelated. don't know where you had the blood clots, but you received treatment and stopped already, pins and needles feeling in your head can be due to nerve affection, not due to vascular problem, unless the nerves in that area become ischemic (devoid of blood supply) but hence the symptom would be rather different pain sensation, which isn't your case. See your doctor who may refer you to a neurologist. Read more...

Treatment involves decreasing your stress & practicing relaxed breathing & relaxation techniques. Sure, the tingling in head can be unsettling and even bothersome but since the scan was negative, you should be reassured. Read more...
