Recently I experience cramps, pulling/tugging sensation in pelvic area during orgasms. No pain during sex before or after orgasm. What can cause this?

In brief: Orgasm contractions

Organism can cause rapid and intense smooth muscle contractions of the uterus and vagina.
If there ae adhesions from a previous surgery then pulling or tugging may also be present when orgasm occurs. If that is not the case, then chalk it up to a new "level of orgiastic pleasure".

In brief: Orgasm

if no persistent pain or pain during sexual intercourse probably just muscle contraction.
I wouldn't worry at the moment.
