Other than temporal arteritis what could be causing my temple pain, excruciating headaches and fatigue? Am I too young or could it be TA?

In brief: TMJ, Ear infection,

There are multiple causes of your symptoms.
These include but are not limited to: temporomandibular joint dyfunction (TMJ), migraine syndromes, middle and inner ear infecctions, ear impactions, molar infections or abcessed teeth and, of course TMJ. If the symptom have lasted more than two weeks you should see your PCP for an appropriate referral based upon his/her exam.

In brief: Headache

It is not TA. Please keep a headache diary and consult a physician to narrow down the cause.
