Fingers swell when on long, brisk walks. No blood pressure issues or high sodium intake. Have ganglion cyst on left wrist. Thoughts or ideas, please.

Finger swelling. If it subsides after walking; you may blame the position and pooling of lymph or blood products. It is not related to the cyst on your wrist and there doesn't seem to be pain or colour change. All the best. Move your fingers as you walk.
